Our artist-in-residence initiative gives artists from across the globe the opportunity to live and work outside of their usual environment. They will have time to reflect, experiment and produce new works. We offer residencies in Amsterdam, Netherlands and Lagos, Portugal.

During their residency, artists can explore new locations, different cultures, and experiment with different materials -- an inspirational opportunity to grow the creative spirit. We can also support them with creative feedback, while mentoring them in the different aspects of being a career artist. At the end of their residency, we host an art exhibition featuring their newest works.

This program is for those artists who have had success in the past and need a chance to reenergise and focus themselves on the next steps in their career.  A talented artist can send an application with a portfolio and career biography to be evaluated by us for a potential spot.
